As the founder of PhysioSpace, Ed’s passion for inspiring health and wellbeing is at the forefront of his approach to patient care. Having qualified as a Physio from London with a First Class Honours degree, he went on to work in both NHS and private settings in Central London, Cardiff and Oxford.

In 2016 Ed completed an MSc in Evidence Based Healthcare at Oxford University. Alongside his studies he won two full Rugby Union Blues in the Varsity Match (2013 and 2014) and went on to play for Wales Rugby 7s.

Ed has vast experience providing musculoskeletal treatments in wide variety of settings from acute injury of sports people and A&E, through to complex chronic pain conditions.

Ed is a specialist musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at PhysioSpace Penylan and works in the NHS Cardiff and Vale UHB Physiotherapy service.

Ed has a particular interest in the diagnosis and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal issues. Having worked closely with Consultant Physiotherapists, Sports Doctors, Pain Specialists, Psychologists and Orthopaedic Surgeons at The Sports & Musculoskeletal Medicine Clinic and within the Persistent Pain Team at Homerton University Hospital, Ed has a proven track record of helping a range of clients from elite athletes to individuals living with pain and chronic health conditions achieve their goals.
