Specialist Physiotherapist & Pilates Specialist
Liv is a Chartered Physiotherapist who qualified from Kings in London in 2014. She has worked within the private setting for seven years, as well as working within professional rugby.
Liv went to the Rugby World Cup in 2019 with Samoa as their head Physiotherapist and has recently moved to Cardiff Blues from Harlequins, where she was a part of winning both the Mens and Women's Premierships in 2021.
Within her practice, she uses techniques such as pilates, acupuncture, soft tissue and strengthening; all with the aim of achieving function without pain. Liv has worked with a range of clients including: post-partum, social football players, high level gymnasts to the elderly population who would like to improve their functional abilities.
Liv believes in a holistic approach when treating people, understanding how the influence of not only activity, but nutrition, sleep and stress can all play a part in someone's recovery post injury. She understands that life can become busy, therefore, works with her clients to find a realistic road to recovery meeting the specific goals of her clients.
Outside of work, Liv is currently completing her masters in performance coaching. She plays netball competitively, regularly goes to the gym and enjoys a glass of red!
