200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Nia first tried yoga in 2010 in an effort to find some balance during a stressful fashion degree. It wasn’t until years later, practicing alongside skiing whilst working in the French Alps and suffering a knee injury that she truly discovered yoga’s ability to restore, strengthen and rebalance. Since then yoga has played an integral role within Nia’s active lifestyle; providing essential rehabilitation, connecting her with travel opportunities and allowing her to help others both physically and restoratively.
Completing her 200hr yoga teacher training in Goa, India, Nia specialises in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. Nia Focuses on building and maintaining strength and heat through dynamic movement, sequencing, postures and breathwork to improve mobility, strength and conditioning as well as bringing a sense of stillness, calm and awareness to her practice. Nia teaches in a variety of environments in and around Cardiff, working with the Cardiff Ski Centre, numerous gyms, specialist yoga and hot yoga studios and with a range of private clients and groups so has experience teaching all levels and abilities.
