Rhiannon grew up in Australia where she graduated from the University of Queensland with a degree in Biomedical Science and a Diploma in Remedial Sports Massage from the Australian Institute of Applied Science. She represented the Australian University team in hockey and following graduation worked as a soft tissue therapist for the NRL team Brisbane Broncos.

Upon moving to the UK Rhiannon qualified as a Physiotherapist from Cardiff University with a First Class Honours degree. She is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist and works as a physio and Pilates instructor at Physiospace.

Rhiannon is a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor having completed her training through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and combines her physio and pilates experience to provide holistic and evidence based rehabilitation. She has successfully helped many clients return to health and fitness and has a special interest in Women's Health and empowering Women to live a healthy lifestyle. She is currently completing her ante/post natal Pilates Qualification which will allow her to support Women through each stage of their pregnancy and post natal journey. She is a mother to a lively 5 year boy and knows the challenges mothers face in achieving a healthy balanced lifestyle.
