Victoria graduated from Cardiff University in 2014 and then moved back to London where she completed her junior physiotherapy rotations at King’s College Hospital and worked as a physiotherapist for Richmond rugby club. She moved back to Cardiff in 2018 and now works as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist within the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.
Victoria has helped many patients overcome musculoskeletal injuries and has completed her clinical Pilates training with the APPI. She is passionate about combining her Pilates expertise with her physiotherapy knowledge to continue helping people get back to what they enjoy doing, and living a life free of pain.
Victoria enjoys cycling, netball and swimming but has a particular love of running, therefore is very interested in the management of running-related injuries. She also has a particular interest in tendinopathies and hip and groin pain.
