The aim of this class is to work until fatigue whilst maintaining control and good quality of movement.
We use a whole body approach which teaches your brain and body to work together to allow you to move in a more efficient and functional way. This in turn will improve your spinal alignment, muscular balance, stability, strength and endurance.
You feel your body’s strength and resilience increasing as the week’s progress both in classes and in day to day life.
We like to keep our classes small and intimate so that each individual gets the attention they require. This means that you will be given guidance throughout your practice ensuring good quality of movement and offering modifications if needed.
It also allows for individual focus on any injuries you may be rehabbing or goals you’re looking to achieve.
This class is for people who have an understanding of the basic Pilates principles and or have a good baseline fitness, and want to advance their practice, and performance. It will offer you a varied and challenging workout with emphasis on effort and results.
