With a keen eye for technique and form our clinical instructors and Physios lead a variety of sessions. We offer intense and dynamic workouts which achieve fast results. Our small group fitness classes focus as much on quality of movement as intensity of effort.

These are suitable for anyone whether you are preparing for an event, rehabbing an injury or getting into shape.

We offer HIIT, Cardio, Circuit classes, performance testing and pre-habilitation programming; Wattbike training sessions and assessments, running repairs 1:1 rehab and a physio led bike fit service.
