We are dedicated to providing expertly taught modified Pilates exercises in order to help you get fitter and stronger than ever before. We aim for your sessions to be unique, effective and enjoyable, whilst also contributing to your health and well-being.
A class to help mums build core strength, aid post-birth recovery and encourage body confidence.
Working on breathing control connection this class helps raise awareness of the importance of the core in recovery after pregnancy.
This class will focus on rebuilding pelvic floor strength and function. Your physio will help you introduce simple daily movements to help move your body and alleviate stiffness - Improving overall body capacity and function.
Class is suitable for 6 weeks post partum onwards. If you would like to speak with one of our Physios prior to starting this class for any more information don't hesitate to get in touch.
