Intermediate Yoga | 7 week course | Starts 7th May 2022

This course is perfect for anyone who has completed our beginners' course or for students who have practiced yoga for at least 6 months.
In this course we will help you refine and expand your practice and knowledge of yoga. We will continue to build strength and flexibility, work on alignment and explore more complex poses and variations. You can expect more dynamic class sequences, smoother transitions and longer holds. We will also dive deeper into the nonphysical aspect of yoga, including yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing) and mindfulness.   


Saturdays at 9:00-10:15. Starting 7th May (no class on 21/5 and 04/06).
