Yoga for Beginners | 7 week virtual course
Seven weekly sessions of 75 minutes where you will learn about the principles of hatha yoga and build a steady foundation for your yoga practice. A well balanced introduction to yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.
This course is perfect for those who would like structure and routine when it comes to their practice, and is suitable for complete beginners, anyone with less than one year experience and those wanting to deepen and further their practice.
You will be able to explore the practice of yoga and build your confidence from the comfort of your own home, whilst receiving plenty of individual attention and support.
At the end of the seven weeks, our intention is that you will have the confidence to join a regular beginners' or mixed level class, and most importantly, a positive experience and a steady foundation from where you can further your practice.
