Pregnancy Yoga Workshop | The Yoga & Hypnobirthing Midwife

A two hour yoga workshop taught by midwife and yoga teacher Nicola MacIgoine. This workshop will include pregnancy yoga exercises to increase comfort in pregnancy, breathing techniques for pregnancy and labour, pelvic floor exercises and handouts for home practice. As well as tea & coffee and time to meet other mums to be. Pregnancy and postnatal yoga workshops will be held monthly at PhysioSpace, Cardiff.

Hosted by Cardiff based Orthopaedic Surgeon and PhysioSpace Clinical Director - This workshop focuses on giving you the tools to plan and implement an evidence-based rehabilitation program phasing in towards RTP of the athlete. Furthermore, you will learn how to contribute in the shared decision-making process for the return to play of an injured athlete. All these aspects allow for an optimal return to play with taking into account secondary ACL prevention.
